I have been a Dental Assistant for 49 years.   I received my training in Denver, Colorado and worked there for 8 years, after which time I worked in Albuquerque for 13 yrs.   I began working for Dr. Rainaldi in 1993 until he retired in 2022.   I started out as a dental assistant and then as a scheduling coordinator.  Currently I am working for Dr. Silas Porter as a scheduling coordinator and an assistant which is a rewarding experience.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is getting to know our patients and they become part of our family and friends.   Our mission is to exceed your every expectation with our modern dental technology and have you leave the office with a beautiful smile. I love to travel with my 3 amazing children and 2 beautiful granddaughters.

I graduated from the UNM-Gallup Dental Assistant Program in 2018, and started working with Dr. Rainaldi in 2019. I enjoy helping patients feel better about their smiles and getting to know new people. I have enjoyed learning the new technology that Dr. Porter has brought to the practice.

I am married to Larry and we share four children, Alyssa, Frances, Robyn and Larry Jr. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I also love traveling.

I joined the team as a dental assisting student in 2006 and have been here since. Taking part in helping patients improve their smile is the best part of my job. In my spare time, I take care of my Mom and spend time with my teenage son.

I am a Dental Assistant who works with Dr. Porter in giving our patients a beautiful smile. As a child, I was inspired to become a Dental Assistant as I was always curious and  interested in the treatment being performed by the dentist and assistant. I have been a part of the dental field since graduating from UNM-Gallup in 2011. My employment started with Dr. Rainaldi in 2012 and I continue to give our patients the best care with Porter Dental. When I am not busy assisting our wonderful patients, I enjoy spending time with my husband Brian and daughter Mahina. My interests are bicycle riding, binge watching Netflix, caring for animals and traveling. I am glad to be part of an amazing Dental team.

I am Raul, one of the newer members of our great team here at Porter Dental.  I would like to say hello to all our new and existing patients. I was born and raised here in Gallup, NM.  I graduated from the UNM dental assisting program in 2022 and began working. When Dr. Rainaldi retired and Dr. Porter took over, he brought in a lot of new technology which has been exciting to learn and amazing for our patients. I look forward to getting to know all of you, our wonderful patients, and seeing your smiles around town!

Fresh into the field, I am always looking for a challenge. Learning new things and gaining experience has always been a part of me. Seeing patients smile is one of my favorite things about working at Porter Dental. Happy to be here in Gallup and happy to be part of a great dental family!
